Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RidgePoint FZCO handles personal data in the RidgePoint Customer Portal.

Data we hold

Account data (name, work email, job title, avatar), the customer organisation and workspaces you belong to, your role, and records of portal activity such as sign-ins, downloads, invitations and administrative changes.

Why we hold it

To authenticate you, to show the subscriptions and entitlements your organisation holds, to issue license files, and to maintain an audit trail for security and licence-compliance purposes.

Who can see it

Administrators of your own organisation, the software vendor whose subscription you hold, and RidgePoint portal staff. Data is not sold, and is not shared with other customers or vendors.

Retention and your rights

Account and audit records are retained for the life of the subscription and a reasonable period afterwards for compliance purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
