Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the RidgePoint Customer Portal (the "Portal"), operated by RidgePoint FZCO. By signing in or downloading software or license files from the Portal you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and access

Portal accounts are issued to named individuals on behalf of a customer organisation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed under your account. Access may be suspended where an account is shared, misused, or where the underlying subscription ends.

2. Software and licenses

Installers, components and license files made available in the Portal are supplied under the licence terms of the relevant software vendor (ISV). Nothing in these terms grants rights beyond the entitlements attached to your organisation's active subscription. You may not redistribute installers or license files outside your organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to probe, scan, or attempt to bypass Portal access controls, and not to use the Portal to store or transmit unlawful content. API access is subject to the scopes issued with your API key.

4. Availability

The Portal is provided on an "as available" basis. RidgePoint may schedule maintenance, update content, or change functionality at any time.
